Fees
The two most important points for a new client to understand about fee arrangements are that:
- We will not charge you to meet with you and discuss your claim. That service is FREE. If we do not feel that you have a good case, or if you decide that you do not want to hire us, there is no charge to you and you have no further obligation to us.
- You only pay us if you get a settlement or an award at trial. Otherwise YOU DON'T PAY.
Our fees in personal injury cases are based upon a percentage of your settlement (meaning the amount the insurance company agrees to pay you, or the amount that you are awarded in court).
We do not get paid until we have achieved your settlement.
