Hart has a History degree from the University of Victoria and Juris Doctorate from Thompson River’s University.

Hart has been with Davie & Associates since 2018. Currently, Hart is the only lawyer at Davie & Associates who practices as both a litigator (trial lawyer) and solicitor (estate planning). He has appeared and advocated for the rights of his clients both before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Hart recognizes the benefits of trying to resolve files before they proceed to trial – whether that be through negotiations or mediations. If he is unable to negotiate fair results for his clients, Hart is more than prepared to take matters all of the way through to trial.

Hart’s strength as a lawyer comes from his resolve to fix his clients’ injustices. Hart is passionate about civil rights, access to justice, and the rule of law. Hart takes his files personally, and he’ll do everything in his power to ensure that his clients are treated fairly.

When he is not “fighting the man”, Hart enjoys collecting coins, playing squash, tinkering with radios, computers, and exploring. He’s a devout fan of anything Philadelphia, especially the Phillies. A bit of a polyglot, Hart speaks German and is always eager to chat about all things Germany, including the Bundesliga and his favourite soccer team, Eintracht Frankfurt.
